1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of just-graphics.ae, operated by JUST GRAPHICS ADVERTISEMENT DESIGNING L.L.C. in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions may be sent to info@just-graphics.ae.
2. Website information
Website content is provided for general information about JUST GRAPHICS services and capabilities. Images, descriptions, material references, availability, timeframes and typical prices may change and do not form a binding offer unless confirmed in writing for a specific project.
3. Enquiries, prices and orders
Website prices are indicative unless confirmed in writing. Sending a website enquiry or using Get My Price does not create a contract or require JUST GRAPHICS to accept a project. An order is accepted only after the project scope, price and required payment have been confirmed in writing by JUST GRAPHICS. Project-specific commercial terms are governed by the applicable quotation, invoice and written agreement.
4. Customer-supplied materials
You must have lawful authority to provide and authorise the use of any vehicle photographs, reference images, artwork, logos, trademarks, copy, production files or other materials supplied for a project. You remain responsible for instructions and approvals you give, including approval of spelling, colours, dimensions, artwork and production details.
5. Intellectual property
The website, JUST GRAPHICS branding, website content and materials created by JUST GRAPHICS remain protected intellectual property and may not be copied, republished or exploited without permission, except as permitted by law or agreed in writing. Customer project files and customer-supplied materials remain the customer’s property unless otherwise agreed. Ownership and permitted use of newly created design or production files may be further defined in the quotation, invoice or written agreement.
6. Project photography
JUST GRAPHICS may photograph completed or in-progress work and use project photography in its portfolio and communications unless the customer restricts that use in a written agreement, a confidentiality requirement or a non-disclosure agreement. Customers should communicate any restriction before production or photography where possible.
7. Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps or payment providers. JUST GRAPHICS does not control those services and their own terms and privacy notices apply.
8. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep the website useful and accurate, but access, content and functionality may be interrupted, changed or unavailable. Nothing on the website guarantees a particular project outcome, material availability, production date or installation slot. Any warranty or remedy for a project is governed by the quotation, invoice, written agreement and applicable law.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, submit unlawful content or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
10. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law that applies.
