Refund Policy
JUST GRAPHICS ADVERTISEMENT DESIGNING L.L.C.
1. About this policy
This Refund Policy explains the general approach of JUST GRAPHICS ADVERTISEMENT DESIGNING L.L.C. to cancellations and refunds. Because most JUST GRAPHICS work is customised, the applicable quotation, invoice, project stage and law are important to each decision. Requests may be sent to info@just-graphics.ae.
2. Custom work
Most projects are created, prepared or ordered for a particular customer, vehicle, specification or approved artwork. Design fees are generally non-refundable after design work begins. Custom printing and produced materials are generally non-refundable after production begins.
3. Customer approvals
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, wording, spelling, colours, dimensions and production details. Errors contained in customer-approved artwork are generally the customer’s responsibility, subject to the applicable quotation, written agreement and mandatory law.
4. Cancellation before production
A cancellation requested before production is reviewed according to work already completed, materials ordered, supplier commitments and costs incurred. A deposit is not automatically non-refundable unless the specific quotation or invoice clearly says so and applicable law permits it.
5. Installation scheduling
An installation booking reserves workshop capacity and labour. Cancellation or rescheduling consequences, where applicable, are determined by the project quotation, invoice, written agreement, notice given and costs already incurred.
6. Eligibility and approved refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable quotation, invoice, project stage and applicable law. Where a refund is approved, it is normally returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
7. Warranty and refund rights
Warranty rights and refund rights are separate. A workmanship or material concern will be assessed under the applicable project warranty, quotation, invoice and written agreement. This policy does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. How to request review
Send a request to info@just-graphics.ae with the relevant quotation or invoice, the reason for the request and any supporting project information. Do not send complete payment-card details by email or WhatsApp.
