1. Our approach
JUST GRAPHICS ADVERTISEMENT DESIGNING L.L.C. uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to support the security of its website, communications and project information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Security concerns may be reported to info@just-graphics.ae.
2. Website transport and hosting
The production website uses HTTPS/TLS to protect data in transit between supported browsers and the website. It runs on managed hosting with server configuration, access controls and operational protections provided by the hosting environment.
3. Administrative access
Administrative access to website, business and communication systems is restricted to authorised users and service providers according to operational need. Google Workspace supports company email and related business collaboration.
4. Backups and recovery
Backup procedures are used to support recovery of website and business information. Backups reduce operational risk but do not replace access control, secure configuration or incident response.
5. Analytics and privacy
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are controlled through website consent settings. Analytics remains denied until affirmative consent. Personal form content, contact details and uploaded customer files must not be sent to analytics.
6. Payments
When online payments are available, an authorised third-party payment provider handles payment-card processing. JUST GRAPHICS does not store complete payment-card details. Provider security and verification controls apply to those transactions.
7. Customer files
Access to customer photographs, artwork, logos and production files is limited according to project and operational needs. Customers should use agreed channels and avoid sending unnecessary confidential or sensitive information.
8. Reporting a concern
Report a suspected website, email, payment or data-security issue to info@just-graphics.ae. Include a clear description and relevant timing, but do not email passwords or complete payment-card details. We will review reports and take action appropriate to the circumstances.
9. Continuous improvement
Security controls and procedures are reviewed and improved as the website, service providers and business systems evolve. This statement does not claim ISO 27001 certification, PCI DSS certification by JUST GRAPHICS, 24/7 security operations or guaranteed absolute security.
