1. About this policy
This Payment Policy describes the general payment approach of JUST GRAPHICS ADVERTISEMENT DESIGNING L.L.C.. Project-specific payment terms are stated in the applicable quotation, invoice and written agreement. Questions may be sent to info@just-graphics.ae.
2. Currency and VAT
Quotations and invoices are issued in UAE dirhams (AED). Applicable VAT is shown on quotations and invoices.
3. Payment stages
Design work normally requires payment before work begins. Material, production and installation stages follow the approved quotation or invoice. Work begins only after the required payment is confirmed. The quotation and invoice control the specific payment amounts, due dates and schedule for each project.
4. Deposits and advance payments
The website may support deposits or advance payments in the future. A deposit or advance payment is applied according to the relevant quotation, invoice and written agreement. It is not automatically non-refundable unless the specific project terms say so and applicable law permits it.
5. Online payment processing
When online payment is available, it is processed by an authorised third-party payment provider. JUST GRAPHICS does not store complete payment-card details. The provider may apply its own processing, verification, security and privacy terms.
6. Scope changes and additional work
Any additional work or cost identified after inspection or a change in scope will be communicated for customer approval before proceeding.
7. Payment records and security
JUST GRAPHICS maintains payment and project records where required for accounting, contractual, dispute-resolution and legal purposes. Payment links should be used only through channels confirmed by JUST GRAPHICS. Contact us if a payment request appears unusual.
