This Privacy Policy explains how JUST GRAPHICS ADVERTISEMENT DESIGNING L.L.C. (“JUST GRAPHICS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information connected with just-graphics.ae, website enquiries and related communications. 2. Information you provide
We may receive the contact details and project information you choose to provide through website forms, email, telephone, WhatsApp or other communications. This can include your name, phone number, email address, selected service, quotation information and project communications. Customers may also provide vehicle photographs, reference images, artwork, logos and production files. Website users do not create customer accounts.
3. Website and technical information
When you use the website, hosting and security systems may process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referral information, timestamps and security logs. The Get My Price experience may store selected categories, pricing references, contact details and incomplete progress locally in the visitor’s browser so the experience can continue on that device.

Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are consent-controlled. Analytics storage remains denied unless a visitor makes an affirmative analytics choice. Customer and project information may be stored in the company CRM, Google Workspace, WhatsApp communications and, when connected, JG CORE. We also use managed hosting and other service providers needed to operate the website and business. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. Some providers may process or store information outside the United Arab Emirates.
7. Payments
The website may accept deposits or advance payments in the future. Online card payments will be handled by an authorised third-party payment provider. JUST GRAPHICS does not store complete payment-card details. Payment providers process payment information under their own security and privacy arrangements.
8. Retention
General website enquiries are normally retained for up to one year. Customer, project, financial and security information may be kept for longer where needed for contractual performance, accounting, dispute resolution, security, legal compliance or other legitimate legal and business purposes. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required for those purposes.
9. Sharing
We do not disclose personal information except where reasonably needed to operate the website, communicate with a customer, deliver requested services, process payments, protect our rights or systems, comply with applicable law, or work with authorised service providers and professional advisers. We do not instruct analytics services to receive customer form content.

You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting info@just-graphics.ae. We will review the request and delete or anonymise the information where required by applicable law and where retention is not necessary for contractual, accounting, dispute-resolution, security or other legitimate legal and business purposes. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the website and business, including HTTPS/TLS, managed hosting, restricted administrative access and backup procedures. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Security concerns may be reported to info@just-graphics.ae.
